Introducing a Special Menu by a Michelin-Starred Chef from Corsica, France
Since 2010, The Terrace Hotels has fostered an ongoing cultural and culinary exchange with the Grand Hotel de Cala Rossa, a Michelin key-rated* retreat in Corsica, France. As part of this collaboration, we are pleased to offer a dining experience curated by Chef Pascal Cayeux of Cala Rossa. Originally presented at an exclusive tasting event in February 2025, this special menu highlights vibrant vegetables—among them carrots, cauliflower, and beets—sourced from our own farm, complemented by the rustic elegance of Corsican flavors. Savor a refined yet bold culinary journey inspired by this unique partnership.

Pascal Cayeux
After training at renowned restaurants across France, chef Pascal Cayeux worked in Reims under Gérard Boyer of Les Crayères, who held that restaurant’s three-star Michelin status for nearly two decades. Since his first visit to Corsica in 1997, Cayeux developed a deep affection for the island and its robust ingredients. He has served as head chef at Cala Rossa since 2010, overseeing all culinary operations of the hotel.
