Introducing a Special Menu by a Michelin-Starred Chef from Corsica, France
Since 2010, The Terrace Hotels has maintained an ongoing exchange of culinary and cultural collaboration with the Michelin Key hotel Grand Hôtel de Cala Rossa in Corsica, France. We are pleased to present a special dinner curated by Chef Pascal Caillau, originally created for the exclusive tasting event held in February 2026. Rooted in classical techniques and refined with a contemporary sensibility, each dish draws out the natural character of its ingredients—from the depth of nuts to the earthiness of root vegetables. Subtle and expressive, the experience invites a gentle hint of Corsica to linger across the terrace.

Pascal Cayeux
After training at renowned restaurants across France, chef Pascal Cayeux worked in Reims under Gérard Boyer of Les Crayères, who held that restaurant’s three-star Michelin status for nearly two decades. Since his first visit to Corsica in 1997, Cayeux developed a deep affection for the island and its robust ingredients. He has served as head chef at Cala Rossa since 2010, overseeing all culinary operations of the hotel.
