What time are check-in and checkout?

Check-in is from 2 p.m. Checkout is by 11 a.m.
Check-in and checkout times may differ depending on your accommodation plan.

Could you explain the difference between Club Deluxe and Club Luxury?

The difference between Club Deluxe and Club Luxury lies in their size and bathroom layout. Club Deluxe rooms are 52㎡, while Club Luxury rooms are 57㎡.
Additionally, Club Luxury rooms are corner rooms with larger windows, offering a more spacious and open feel.

Do you have connecting rooms?

The Club Deluxe room type (52㎡) includes connecting rooms.

What is the maximum occupancy of your guest rooms?

The maximum occupancy for all room types is up to 2 guests.

Can you see the ocean from the room?

Rooms on the 3rd floor and above offer a view of the ocean to the west. Rooms on the 2nd floor and below, including the Forest Villas, do not have an ocean view.

What about Internet connectivity?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the hotel, including our guest rooms. Should you require a LAN cable or other peripherals, or be in need of any assistance in securing a connection, please notify Butler Service.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?

Most of the rooms in the Tower Building have entrances wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. We also offer loaner items such as 'non-slip bath mats' and 'bath chairs' for accessibility.
Please note that the availability of these items is limited, so we recommend inquiring in advance. We also have accessible rooms available.

Do you have any smoking rooms?

Smoking is prohibited in all facilities, throughout the premises, and in all guestrooms (including the terrace) of the Hotel. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, in the guestroom and on the terrace, and bringing cigarette butts into the room are also prohibited. Failure to comply will be subject to a penalty equivalent to the room charge and the amount of damage caused to the Hotel. For smoking, please use the smoking areas designated by the Hotel.

Can suitcases be sent ahead to the hotel?

Yes. Please send any luggage to the attention of our Butler Service below, along with the name of the person who booked the stay, the name of the recipient, and the intended date of arrival. We will hold the luggage in safekeeping until the time of arrival.

Dining

Can reservations be made for the hotel restaurant?

Yes. Reservations for dinner can be made by calling ahead.

Is the restaurant open to everyone?

Use of ”Fine Dining” and ”Library Lounge & Bar” is limited to guests aged 13 and over staying at The Atta Terrace Club Towers.
However, the Teppanyaki restaurant ”Ryutan” and the 'Club House Restaurant' located within the adjacent facility, The Atta Terrace Golf Resort, are open to non-staying guests as well.

Is there a dress code in the restaurant?

Casual wear is not permitted at dinner time in the Fine Dining restaurant.
Men should wear shirts and trousers that cover the knee, while women are encouraged to wear dresses and festive resort wear.
Flip-flops, slippers, and similar footwear are not permitted.

Are the restaurants nonsmoking?

Yes. Smoking is not permitted in any of our dining facilities.

Are there any restaurants with a view of the sunset?

At 'Fine Dining,' some of the seating areas offer the opportunity to enjoy your dinner while viewing the sunset.

Can you accommodate special dietary requests?

With one week's advance notice, our chefs can prepare dishes without any of the eight most common food allergens (shrimp, crab, walnuts, wheat, buckwheat, eggs, milk, peanuts) as well as 20 other allergens for which labelling is not mandatory in Japan. We request those guests with food allergies to communicate their needs to us one week prior to arrival by using our Food Allergy Notification Form. Please bear in mind that we are unable to make special arrangements for allergens other than the 28 listed on the form.

Facilities

Is parking available?

Parking is available. We provide valet service for those staying with us, so please drive directly to the entrance. The parking fee is JPY 1,500 per night per vehicle (tax inclusive). Effective Wednesday, April 1, 2026, the parking fee for overnight guests will be JPY 2,000 per vehicle (tax included).However, guests who have made their reservation by September 30, 2025, will be eligible for the current rate of JPY 1,500 (tax included) even for stays on or after April 1, 2026. Additionally, if you stay for 5 nights or more, parking is free from the 6th night onward (up to a maximum of 5 nights).

Do you have a beach?

Just about a 3-minute drive from the hotel, you’ll find a natural beach with emerald green waters and white sandy shores. There are also private cabanas available exclusively for our guests. Our guests are also welcome to use the beach at our sister property, The Busena Terrace, a 15-minute drive away.

Do you have a indoor pool?

We do not have an indoor pool. We offer an outdoor pool (at ambient temperature) from April to November. For guests who wish to use an indoor pool, we recommend the indoor pool at our sister hotel, The Busena Terrace.

Do you have a spa, sauna and gym?

You can also use the large public bath and sauna at the clubhouse of The Atta Terrace Golf Resort, which is adjacent to the hotel.
Additionally, our sister hotel, The Busena Terrace, has a spa, sauna, and gym located on the 1st floor of the South Tower (approximately a 15-minute drive away). These facilities are available for free to guests staying at The Atta Terrace Club Towers.

Do you offer marine activities?

All guests of The Terrace Hotels may enjoy the wide range of marine activities offered nearby at The Busena Terrace. Cruises, diving, snorkeling, fun program and rental item are some of the many options available.

We're not staying at the hotel. Can we use the hotel faculities?

Hotel facilities are reserved for in-house guests only.
Please be aware that non-staying guests are not permitted to access or use these facilities.

I heard that tattoos are not allowed at many pools and spas in Japan. What is your policy?

We kindly ask guests to refrain from exposing tattoos within the hotel premises.

・Please wear appropriate clothing, such as a cover-up or jacket, in public areas including the lobby and restaurants.

・When using the pool or beach, we ask that you wear a rash guard or similar covering.

・Please note that guests with tattoos are not permitted to use the public bath at the adjoining ”The Atta Terrace Golf Resort.”

Is it possible to rent a wheelchair?

We have a limited number of complimentary wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there a convenience store?

We do not have a convenience store on the hotel premises. For guests who wish to use a convenience store, we can direct you to a location approximately a 10-minute drive away.

Is there an ATM at the hotel?

No. The closest ATM is located within a convenience store about a 10-minutes drive away.

Activities

Are there any activities available within the hotel?

We offer a variety of activities, including outdoor programs such as morning yoga, indoor programs like experiencing the traditional Ryukyu tea ceremony 'Bubukuru Tea,' and chef seminars where you can receive cooking tips from our chefs.

Can I have a treatment if I'm pregnant?

We provide safe treatments suitable for guests in stable pregnancy (16 to 32 weeks) or breastfeeding. For more information, please contact the Club Spa.

Can men use the facilities?

Yes, all treatments on offer can be enjoyed by men or women.

Access

How does one get to the hotel from Naha Airport?

Various transportation options are available, including airport limousine buses, rental cars, and chauffeured service. Please refer to the link below for more details.

We'd like to plan some outings or day trips. How far is the resort from some recommended things to do in the area?
