  • We kindly ask guests to refrain from exposing tattoos within the hotel premises. Please wear appropriate clothing, such as a cover-up or jacket, in public areas including the lobby and restaurants. When using the pool or beach, we ask that you wear a rash guard or similar covering. Please note that guests with tattoos are not permitted to use the public bath at the adjoining ”The Atta Terrace Golf Resort.”
  • "Fine Dining" Dress Code for Dinner
    ○Attire:
    For men: Shirt and pants covering the knees. For women: Evening dresses or similar attire.
    ○Footwear:
    Please refrain from wearing sandals, slippers, or similar footwear.
    ○Please Note:
    •Casual attire such as camouflage patterns, jerseys, or wearing yukatas or hot pants during the summer season is not permitted.
    •If the attire is deemed too casual, we may kindly request a change of clothing. Thank you for your understanding.
    •Only registered guests of the hotel may use our facilities. There is a minimum age requirement of 13 to use the restaurant.
  • Only registered guests of the hotel may use our facilities. Children under the age of 13 are not eligible to use facilities.
  • Smoking including use of electronic cigarette is strictly prohibited in the non-smoking room and balcony. If you have been found a smoking behavior or cigarette-butts in your room, we will charge 20,000 yen as a cleaning fee and damage compensation fee.
  • The commercial publication of photographs taken on hotel premises without prior consent is restricted by law.
  • Regarding pharmaceutical products
    Under Japanese Pharmaceutical affairs law, our hotel is not prepared to give any pharmaceutical products to guests. We do recommend you to bring your own medication with you in your travels.
