Guidelines
- Use of the Club Spa is restricted to hotel guests aged 18 and above.
- The Club Spa is open to both men and women.
- Please remove contact lenses before undergoing spa treatments.
- Some spa products contain oils that may adhere to clothing.
- Please refrain from eating or consuming alcohol for at least 30 minutes before and after your treatment.
- Please inform staff if you feel unwell on the day of your scheduled treatment. Should you be experiencing sunburn, heat rash, or other skin-related conditions, we may recommend adjusting your treatment.
- Please refrain from bringing your own beauty products into the Club Spa.
- In accordance with Club Spa’s strict hygiene standards, we kindly ask that guests with infectious skin conditions or severe athlete’s foot refrain from using our facilities. We appreciate your understanding.
- Swimwear for exclusive use within Club Spa premises is available for rent.
- Smoking is not allowed within the facility.
- Please arrive at Club Spa at least ten minutes prior to the start of your appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled time, we may be unable to accommodate your desired treatment.
- Please allow an additional 30 minutes on top of the listed time for your treatment.
- Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made by 12:00 noon on the day prior to your appointment. Cancellations made after this time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- All prices are inclusive of consumption tax and service charge.
