At The Atta Terrace Club Towers, we host stargazing sessions that allow guests to fully experience the night sky. An abundance of flora and low light interference from the surrounding area reveals the full glittering beauty of the celestial sphere for a truly unforgettable evening. 

Garden Planetarium

Lie back on our lawn and gaze up into the star-filled cosmos. Watch them glint and twinkle as our stargazing guide tells tales of the stars, occasionally punctuated by the call of the Ryukyu scops owl echoing from the depths of the forest. A magical night to remember.

Reservations	Advance reservations are required no later than 4 p.m. on the day prior.

• Commemorative photographs against the sky will be taken during the stargazing session and emailed to all participants at a later date shortly thereafter. 

• In the event of rain or cloudy weather, our guide will give a talk about stars at The Atta Terrace Golf Resort Club House, where guests will have the opportunity to make a synthetic resin accessory depicting the starry night sky.

Stargazing and Night-Sky Photography

Take a leisurely stroll through the hotel grounds with a professional photographer, who will photograph you against a dazzling night sky undimmed by urban light pollution. A beautiful Okinawan twist on the usual commemorative vacation photographs.

Stargazing Tour

An activity at the Azumaya pavilion in our garden, where you admire the night sky as our guide narrates fascinating tales about the stars. Experience the starry skies as never before, made possible by minimal light pollution in this part of the island.
